How BI POLARIZE ENTERPRISES, INC. handles information across PolarPaw.Online, P.O.L.A.R., customer access, and ETSA™.

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Scope and responsible company

This Privacy Policy applies to PolarPaw.Online and the public and authenticated online systems operated by BI POLARIZE ENTERPRISES, INC. (“BPEI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including P.O.L.A.R. intake and recovery, customer accounts, the customer portal, Identify Your Thing™, and ETSA™. It does not replace a separate privacy or confidentiality provision in a signed client agreement.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

3. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the site, from service providers acting for us, and from referral or integration sources when you direct or authorize them to provide information.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the site; create and authenticate accounts; save and recover intake sessions; analyze business needs; generate P.O.L.A.R. and ETSA outputs; provide human review; respond to inquiries; prepare, sell, and deliver services; maintain records; improve performance and accessibility; detect fraud or abuse; enforce agreements; comply with law; and protect BPEI, our users, and the public.

5. AI-assisted processing and ETSA decisions

P.O.L.A.R. and ETSA may organize submissions, calculate scores, identify patterns, flag risks or contradictions, generate drafts, and recommend routing. These systems assist human judgment. ETSA does not make autonomous final employment decisions, and P.O.L.A.R. does not independently create a binding client, legal, lending, tax, investment, regulatory, or employment decision.

6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for secure login and session continuity. The site also uses local browser storage to remember preferences such as sound, reduced motion, and whether an introduction has been viewed. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregated or anonymized traffic and performance information without third-party advertising cookies. We do not use PolarPaw.Online data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure, authenticate, store, analyze, process payments for, or support the site; to professional advisers subject to appropriate duties; to a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer; to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and to another party when you direct or authorize the disclosure.

Core providers currently include Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement, and Supabase for authentication and database services. External checkout, social-media, Trustpilot, and other linked services apply their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.

8. No sale of personal information

BPEI does not sell personal information for money and does not use or share personal information for targeted advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or choice before applying the change.

9. Business and client separation

We use purpose-based records, access controls, row-level security, and compartmentalized workspaces intended to separate enterprise, client, project, assessment, and operational information. Authorized BPEI personnel and service providers may access information only as reasonably necessary for their roles, support, security, review, or legal obligations.

10. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining your account and assessment history, delivering services, preserving business and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting tax or legal obligations, and maintaining security. Retention periods depend on the record type, relationship, sensitivity, legal requirements, and whether deletion is technically and legally appropriate. We may retain deidentified data and limited records needed to document a request or legal obligation.

11. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including encrypted connections, restricted service credentials, secure authentication cookies, access controls, and database security policies. No internet system is absolutely secure, so do not submit secrets or sensitive information that we have not requested.

12. Your privacy choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information you provided. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, object to certain processing, or appeal a denied privacy request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests to YourThing@PolarPaw.Online with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and the account, intake, or assessment involved. We may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority where required.

13. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those practices. Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out signal, we will honor it. The site does not otherwise respond to legacy “Do Not Track” signals, for which there is no uniform standard.

14. Children and age limits

PolarPaw.Online is a general-audience business service and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a P.O.L.A.R. intake, take ETSA, or purchase services unless BPEI has documented authorization from a parent, guardian, school, or other legally authorized sponsor. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when required.

15. United States operations

BPEI is a Utah corporation operating from the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform, providers, or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another appropriate channel when required.
